Mobile Tyre Shop – Win back the price of your tyres promotion. NSW permit number LTPS/20/42913.
The promoter is Mobile Tyre Shop Holdings Pty Ltd of 1/174 Atlantic Drive Keysborough, VIC 3173.
The competition is open to all customers that purchased tyres from Mobile Tyre Shop during the competition period. One entry per purchase. There will be 1 prize per month (Australia wide).
The prize is a refund of the goods and services purchased by the winner during the month. This is Australia wide.
The competition will be draw on the first business day of the preceding month at 12:00 pm, at 1/174 Atlantic Drive Keysorough Vic 3173

March 2020: 15/03/2020 to 31/03/2020. Drawn 01/04/2020 and announced by 07/04/2020

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
- Customers are required to take a photograph of their Mobile Tyre Shop experience
- Customers must share the image via Instagram or Facebook page (and accounts must be set to be set to public)
- Posts must include the hashtag #mobiletyreshop to accompany the image
The maximum prize is equal to the cost of the tyres purchased by the customer in one single transaction.
The monthly winner will be selected at random from all complete entries received via Facebook or Instagram.
The winner will be announced on Mobile Tyre Shop’s Facebook page within 5 days of the end of the month.
Mobile Tyre Shop will use the Customer’s details provided to them to contact the winner. Should the customer not claim the prize within 14 days Mobile Tyre Shop reserves the right to withdraw the prize and redraw a new winner.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current AU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
