Inbound Sales Consultant (Keysborough, Vic)
To keep up with growing demand we are looking for a motivated sales consultant. You will help us deliver the highest standard of customer service working from our National Support Headquarters located at Keysborough, Vic. You will bring our brand to life for our valued customers, who will will turn to you to easily choose their tyres online or over the phone with Mobile Tyre Shop.
As part of the team at Mobile Tyre Shop you will be professional, customer focused, polished and an articulate communicator, reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently or in a small team. While a sound knowledge of motor vehicles is an advantage, it is not essential.
While handling high volume inbound customer channels including phone and live chat, you will thrive on solving our customers’ needs with a solution that makes us unique in this massive $5 billion plus industry.
The Role:
- Sales; Answering inbound customer enquiries by phone, follow up and converting (no cold calling)
- Online Chat with potential customers through our live chat platform.
- Respond in a prompt and timely manner to enquiries through our social media channels.
- Build rapport with customers while providing a solution to their circumstances
- Take customer payments through Afterpay, Openpay and Zippay when required.
- Continuously improve your industry knowledge
The Candidate
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing while working with your Team Leader the desired candidate will possess the following qualities:

Tyre Technician (Sydney Northern Suburbs or Central Coast, NSW)

To keep up with growing demand we are looking for Tyre Technicians who have the ambition to escape the confines of a traditional bricks and mortar tyre store, and the personality to bring our digital brand to life.
As our name suggests, your role with Mobile Tyre Shop will be mobile and dynamic. Your office will be a new Renault Master, you’ll be equipped with the most advanced lightweight tools and you’ll get to deal with your customers face-to-face.

The Role:
- Bring our brand to life as our front-line hero to our customers
- Drive a bright and shiny yellow and white van
- Repairing, rotating, fitting and balancing tyres for passenger vehicles, SUV’s and light commercial vehicles at the customers chosen location
- Operate the latest Italian tyre fitting and balancing equipment
- Supported by our team of logistics coordinators at our National Support Centre
- Build rapport with customers while providing a solution to their circumstances
- Help improve our processes to ensure the best customer service possible

The Candidate
Reporting to the National Operations Manager the right candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Experience in fitting tyres
- Able to thrive working unsupervised with a strong safety mindset
- Strong communication skills
- A valid driver’s license
- A suitable criminal history check that MTS will fund and conduct
